The "Before I Knew Me" Blog serves as an outlet to share my faith, my focus, and testimony of overcoming spiritual strongholds. Many are in search of understanding, healing, comfort, and strength; my goal is to introduce or re-introduce them to the person Jesus, who rescued me. My prayer is that it reaches you in a way that strikes change to take place. My goal is not to change you, yet introduce to you the One who can. The truth, Satan is after our testimony and he wants to ruin our witness and make us as ineffective for God's Kingdom as possible. God is aware of what Satan is up to, and if we're not in constant communication with our Savior, he will succeed. We need to be armed and ready in advance for these attacks. Ephesians 6 tells us to dress in the full armor of God so we can stand against the enemy. My desire is for God to use me to share my story of adversity and triumph, highlight others who have overcome, and offer some practical advice on how to apply biblical principles to your daily life.
